What do I do when a book is sold out or out of print?

We are considering new options for when a book sells out: small print runs, digital versions, and so on. You can let us know if you are interested in a book which is unavailable by sending us an e-mail to and we can give you up-to-date information about the book for it to be yours.

What do I do if I have a problem with a book purchase?

If you have any questions about a purchase or with the process, call us or contact us via our website. If the book doesn’t arrive on time, is in poor condition, has a print defect or there is any other problem, contact us via our website. This website has the secure shopping system.

How can I find out about a book before buying it?

On the web page for each book you will find the first chapter free as well as a small world of information: commentaries by the author, readers and the media, interviews and links to find out more. We also invite you to ask questions about the book on Twitter and Facebook mentioning us so that your question can be answered by readers.

How can I pay for a book purchase?

If you choose the option “Collect from the publisher”, the payment is made when the order is collected. When orders are sent, you can pay by credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer.
